To Whom it may concern;
I wanted to bring to your attention the exceptional service my family and I experienced at your dealership. On October 18, 2007, we were on our way back to Edmonton when the belt on our Dodge Caravan began to break. I managed to limp the vehicle into your service area. Your staff were excellent and were able to squeeze us in to (I’m sure) a very busy schedule and had the belt replaced in less than an hour. The cost was about $100, and honestly I would have paid three times that to get back on the road. I am not impressed easily, and rarely take the time to write these types of letters, but I was tremendously happy with the service we recieved. Thanks very much, and please pass this on to whoever was involved, from the gentleman who took our info to the mechanic who fixed our van.
